We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you decide to return Symbion™, you may return it within 60 days from the first order date for a full refund of the purchase price, (minus original shipping costs). If you ordered to get free shipping and request a return, we will deduct the minimum $6.50 shipping charge from your refund.

Returns are limited to 2 bottles per household, please.

Simply describe the reason for your return on the back of the invoice and send it back to us with the bottles. The bottles and invoice (or other identifying information for the order) must accompany all returns.

Ship it via a trackable carrier, such as FexEx or UPS and make note of the tracking number should you need to contact us.

We do not give credits or refunds for returned shipping charges, nor do we give credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 60 days after first purchase. No credits or refunds for forwarding shipping charges.
